摘    要:利用植物生长激素处理木本花卉米仔兰(Aglaia odorata Lour.)的插条,进行扦插生根试验,研究不同浓度生长素在不同时间处理下对米兰扦插生根的影响.生长激素浓度分别为:1:500,1:1000,1:2000,处理时间分别为:4小时、8小时、12小时.每组做相同清水处理作为对照实验.结果表明,最利于米仔兰扦插生根的组合为:时间12小时;浓度1:500.

Abstract:The cutting of Aglaia odorata was treat by somatotropic hormone and carrying on experiment which the cuttage takes root.It researches that the influence of different of density somatotropic hormone under different time processing,which takes roots to the schefflera octophylla branch cuttaging.The somatotropic hormone density respectively is 1: 500,1: 1000,1: 2000.The process time respectively 4 hours,8 hours and 12 hours.The results showed that the most favor combination which cuttaging and taking roots of the Aglaia odorata is that time is 12 hours and the density is 1: 500
