| Abstract: | In this paper,the properties of internal excited state of the surface polaron are studied.The energy of the first internal excited state of the surface polaron were calculated by using the unitary transformation and linear combination operators methods.The dependence relation of the energy of excited state on coupling constant of electron-phonon was discussed. |
