| 摘 要： | 提出了在弱酸性介质及抗坏血酸和乳化剂存在下 ,以 5 -Br -PADAP为显色剂 ,选用了铜、锌、铁的最大吸收峰为 5 5 8,5 6 6和 76 0nm为测定波长 ,按系数倍率法和两波长标准加入法原理处理测量数据 ,直接测定了人发中铜、铁、锌的含量

| Abstract: | In this paper,the method is based on the difference of absorption spectra of Cu,Fe and Zn with 5-Br-PADAP in weak acidic medium and in the presence of nonionic surface and OP.The absorbance of sample were measured at wave length of 558,566 and 760 nm,and the data treated by the principle of coefficients and two-wave length standard addition method.The hypertensive sufferer of human hair have been analyzed by the method. |
