| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨颅内动脉瘤破裂急诊显微手术患者的护理方法.方法：对43例颅内破裂动脉瘤急诊手术治疗患者进行规范、有效的护理,出院时进行GOS评分并结合患者预后进行评价.结果：良好36例（83.7%）,差4例（9.4%）,死亡3例（6.9%）.结论：规范的护理可以有效的配合颅内动脉瘤破裂急诊手术并提升患者的生存质量.

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the nursing method of emergency microsurgery for intracranial aneurysms rupture.Mehtods：43 patients of emergency surgery for intracranial aneurysm rupture were treated with standardized,effective care.The nursing effect was evaluated by combined analisis of GOS when patients discharged and the prognosis of patients.Results：36 cases were good（83.7%）,4 cases were poor（9.4%）,2 cases were death（6.9%）.Conclusion：Standard care can effectively cooperate with emergency surgery for intracranial aneurysm rupture and improve the life quality of patients. |
