| 摘 要： | 采用边界元方法，对元器件的传热问题进行了数值分析．具体计算了矩形基板内布置两个圆形热源时，基板的温度分布，并绘制了等温线及立体图．计算结果，精度较高．

| Abstract: | In this paper,we gave numerical analysis for problem of heat transfer of element part of the elementary equipment by using boundary element method.We calculate the temperature distribution of rectangle base caused by two circular heat sources isothermal lines and three dimension figure were given.Results indicate that the accuracy is higher. |
