| 摘 要： | 目的：小儿肘内翻畸形的矫正术是小儿骨科常见的手术，为了获得更好的疗效及更少的合并症．方法：采用肱骨髁上楔形截骨，单枚克氏针内固定的方法治疗小儿肘内翻畸形23例．结果：23例中8例肘关节携带角与对侧基本相同，余15例均有5～10‘外翻角．结论：用此方法均获得满意矫正，无并发症，并且手术方法较传统方法简单．

| Abstract: | The correction of child cubitus varus is the common operation of peditric orthopedics.For better curativ effect and less complication,23 cases were given the wedger shaped osteotomy of humerus supra condyle and intervol fixation with one kirs chnner pin.Among 23 cases there is satisfied curativ effect and no complication.Further more operation method is more simpler than traditional method. |
