| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨经桡动脉冠状动脉介入治疗的护理体会．方法：采用回顾分析方法，对132例不稳定心绞痛或心肌梗塞及拟诊断为冠心病介入检查治疗者进行分析．结果：132例中均无腰痛、腹胀、排尿困难等，平均住院9天．术后3小时穿刺口出血28例，穿刺口渗血、皮肤青紫24例．筝论：经桡动脉介入治疗优点多，病人康复快，并发症少”

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the nursing experience of transradial coronary intervention therapy. Methods： Retrospectively analyzed 132 patients of unstable angina or myocardial infarction and quasi diagnosed as coronary heart disease. Results： In 132 cases, there were no back pain, no abdominal distention, no dysuria ete,the average hospital stay was 9 days. After 3 hours, there were 28 cases of puncture position bleeding, 24 cases of piercing position blood oozing and skin bruising. Conclusion： Transradial treatment has many advantages, patients can recover quickly and complications are few. |
