| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨心血通注射液治疗慢性肺心病的疗效和血液流变学的变化．方法：将100例患者随机分成治疗组和对照组，治疗组在常规治疗基础上加心血通注射液10ml于5％葡萄糖注射液250ml中静点，两周为一疗程．对照组为常规治疗．结果：治疗组总有效率为89．6％，其中显效33例，有效19例，无效6例，对照组总有效率为71．5％，其中显效14例，有效16例，无效12例．血液流变学改善显著（P〈0．05或P〈0．01），两组存在显著差异性．结论：心血通治疗慢性肺心病疗效明确． |

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the curative effect of Xinxuetong treating patients with pulmonary heart disease and observe the changes of hemorheology . Methods: 100 cases of chronic pulmonary heart disease were divided into 2 groups. The patients in therapy group were treated by intravenous dripx with Xinxuetong for 2 weeks as a treatment course in addition to conventional therapy. The patients in control group were treated with conventional therapy. Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 89.6% with 33 cases of obvious effects, 19 cases of active result and 6 cases of no effect. The total effective rate was 71.5% in control group with 14 cases of obvious effect, 16 cases of active result and 12 cases of no effect. There was significant difference in blood rheology between two groups . Conclusion: Xinxuetong can be used in treatment of pulmonary heart disease. |
