| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨老年急性重症胆管炎患者的治疗．方法：回顾性分析30例老年急性重症胆管炎患者的治疗过程．结果：本组30例患者中27例治愈，死亡3例．结论：对于老年急性重症胆管炎患者行外科治疗时，首先要早诊断、早治疗，最好在术前充分准备后，积极手术治疗，手术以快速、简单、有效为原则．

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the treatment of senile acute severe cholangitis.Methods:Reviewing treating process of 30 cases of senile acute severe cholangitis.Results:27 patients were cured and 3 patients were dead.Conclusion:For surgical treatment of senile cholangitis,had better ding nose and cure in time,before operation should have a full preparation active operational treatment must be quick,simple and effective. |
