蒙药塔本文都苏提取液药理作用的研究

摘    要:目的:探讨蒙成药塔本文都苏提取液(TBWDSE)的药效.方法:采用不同剂量的塔本文都苏提取液灌胃.然后测定各组小鼠肝组织中的丙二醛(MDA)及急性缺氧和游泳的存活时间.结果:两种剂量塔本文都苏提取液均能显著延长衰老小鼠缺氧和游泳的存活时间,高剂量组的肝组织MDA含量明显降低.结论:塔本文都苏提取液具有明显的耐缺氧、抗疲劳和抗脂质过氧化作用.

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the pharmacological effects of Taben Wendusu extract(TBWDSE).Methods: The mice were treated with different doses of TBWDSE respectively.Then,the content of Malonaldehyde(MDA),the survival times of acute hypoxia and swimming were determined.Results:The content of MDA in liver in high dose groups was obviously decreased,the survival times of acute hypoxia and swimming in mice were obviously prolonged by TBWDSE.Conclusion: TBWDSE has obvious Anti-hypoxia,Anti-fatigue and Anti-lipid peroxidation effects in mice.
