| Abstract: | Active Stat3 can promote the formation and development of skin tumor by inhibiting apoptosis and accelerating cell proliferation.Constructing more specific and more selective dominant-negative Stat3 recombinant is an effective way for the prevention and treatment of skin tumor. |
