摘    要:通过低粘度高固相含量悬浮液的制备过程,分析了料浆粘度、沉降体积、固相体积含量随分散分散剂PMAA-NH4加入量和pH值的变化,得到了氧化铝基复相材料浆的稳定条件,制备出固相含量高达55vol%的高稳定性的浓悬浮液。

Abstract:Following a preparation of a concentrated suspension of high solid content and of low viscosity,a close analysis had been conducted on the variations of vescosity,solid volume content of the suspension against the amount of dispersing agent(PMAA-NH4) and pH values,The table conditions of the alumina slip were concluded and a concentrated suspension of 55vol% solid content with high dispersion and high stability was prepared.
