摘    要:以乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)为络合剂,应用水热法合成了Pr3+/Yb3+共掺的六方相NaYF4和四方相LiYF4微米晶体.研究了晶相和电声子相互作用对Pr3+离子荧光特性的影响.在波长为976.4nm激光的激发下,在六方相NaYF4:Yb3+/Pr3+和四方相LiYF4:Yb3+/Pr3+中分别获得了赤眼可观的上转换荧光发射.与六方相NaYF4:Yb3+/Pr3+微米晶体的荧光相比,源于四方相LiYF4:Yb3+/Pr3+微米晶体中荧光发射谱线变窄、强度变弱并发生蓝移.分析研究了荧光上转换过程、晶相结构及上转换荧光强度对Yb3+离子浓度的依赖关系.

Abstract:pr3+/yh3+ codoped hexagonal NaYF4 and tetragonal LiYF4 microcrystals (MCs) were synthesized by hydrothermal method, in which the EDTA was used as a chelating agent. The influence of the crystal phase and electron-phonon interaction on the fluorescence emission of Pr3+ was investigated. In hexagonal phased NaYF4: yb3+/pr3+ and tetragonal phased LiYF4: yb3+/pr3+ rnicrocrystals, we have observed bright up conversion emission when the samples were excited with 976.4 nm laser. The fluorescence tetragonal LiYF4: yb3+/pr3+ microcrystals was weaker and sharper than that from hexagonal NaYF4: yb3+/pr3+ microcrystals, and a blue shift was observed too. We have also studied the process of up conversion, the influence of crystal phase, and the dopant concentration.
