| 摘 要： | 近几年来，激励作为开发和管理人力资源的一个重要方法已经被越来越多的企业所运用。文中就企业人力资源管理引入激励的的基础条件与作用作了阐述，并围绕有些企业应用激励方法存在的误区，较为系统的对企业人力资源管理如何应用激励方法提出看法。
