| 摘 要： | 文章对期刊编辑职业倦怠的表现,成因及如何消解进行了分析,指出期刊编辑职业倦怠产生的原因有职业因素、组织管理因素和个人因素,预防和消解期刊编辑职业倦怠主要应从单位组织人文关怀和编辑个人加强自我心理调适两方面去改善.

| Abstract: | The article analyzes the performance of occupational tiredness,causes and coping strategies of the periodical editors,pointing out that the causes of occupational tiredness are occupational factors,organization and management factors,and personal factors.It points out that the prevention and relaxation of occupational tiredness lie in the humane care from the department and the strengthening of self-psychological adjustment. |
