| 摘 要： | 全面实施素质教育应以培养学生创新精神和实践能力为重点，创新能力是综合素质能力，影响创新能力发展的因素很多，其中创新意识的培养是关键因素，本文旨在问卷调查的基础上，探讨小学生创新意识的特点及其存在的问题，找出影响因素，为基础教育改革提供一些可操作性的借鉴。

| Abstract: | An-round education on pupils' qualities should focus on developing their creative spirit and practical abilities.The creative ability belongs to the ability of comprehensive quality. The development of creative ability can be affected by many factors,among which the cultivation of creative consciousness plays a key role.Based on the collected questionaire,the essay aims at inquiring into the characteristics of pupils' creative consciouoness and existing problems,and finding out the affecting factors so as to provide a few referential practical measures for the elementary education reform. |
