论现代档案工作必须正确处理的几个问题

档案是一种重要的信息资源。为我国的经济建设和社会发展作出过巨大贡献。随着社会主义市场经济体制的确立，我目传统的档案工作将面临前所未有的挑战。为了有效地应对新形势的挑战，搞好档案工作，笔者就现代档案工作必须正确处理的纸质档案与电子档案、档案收集与保护、档案的开发与利用几个问题阐述个人的观点。

On the Problems to be Handled Rightly in Modern File Work

The file is an important information resource,which contributed greatly to the economic construction and social development of our country.With the establishment of the system of the socialist market economy,the traditional file work of our country meets unprecedented challenges.In order to face the new situation and do the work well,the author puts forward some viewpoints about the issues of paper files and electronic files handling,file collection and protection and file exploitation and application.
