知识观的嬗变促使高校教师知识管理系统变革

摘    要:随着知识观由客观绝对知识观向主观建构知识观、由公共理论知识观向个体实践知识观的嬗变,结合我国高校教师知识管理的现状,应从创新教师知识管理模式、满足知识共享的技术资源、营造知识共享的校园文化、制定知识共享的激励机制、定义知识共享的行为等几方面促使高校教师知识管理系统变革。

Abstract:With the change of konwledge concept and the actuality of knowledge management of university teachers,universities should reform the system of knowledge management in the aspects of innovating the mode of the teacher knowledge management, offering the technical resource of knowledge sharing, establishing the campus culture of knowledge sharing, setting up the incentive mechanism of knowledge sharing and defining the behaviour of knowledge sharing.
