| 摘 要： | 2008年国际金融危机下,全球跨闻直接投资大幅萎缩,作为吸引FDI最多的发展中国家,中国的外资流入也受到了较大影响.在对国际金融危机下外资流入数量进行实证分析后,探究了其下降的原因,进而结合我国实际.提出了国际金融危机下中国利用外资的政策建议.
