| 摘 要： | 据有关部门统计，目前我国失地农民人数已经超过2000万。随着城市化进程的加快，这一数字今后将进一步增加。由于现存法律制度对失地农民权益保障的不足，导致失地农民失去就业岗位和社会保障，生活陷入贫困，严重影响了社会稳定。解决失地农民的保障问题，必须完善土地征用的法律规范，设立失地农民社会保障基金，解决失地农民劳动就业，建立失地农民的法律援助制度。

| Abstract: | According to the statistics from related departments, the amount of the land-lost peasants in China now is over 20 millions. As the speeding up of urbanization, the population of the land-lost peasants will further increase. However, the present law fails to settle the land-lost peasants problem appropriately, which leads to the loss of the jobs and social insurance. The social stabilization is affected badly. The solutions to the social insurance of land lost peasants lie in setting up a system of law perfection and insurance compensation and legal assistance. |
