| 摘 要： | 运用现代博奕论的纳什均衡的分析方法,可以疏理和剖析当前我国行政伦理建设中存在的重要问题,在行政抉择的伦理困境、地方政府的伦理选择以及行政改革中利益冲突的伦理观照等方面提供全新的认识视域和摆脱困境的途径。
