| 摘 要： | 我国现代大学制度的内涵首先表现在应秉承学术自由、大学自治、以人为本和彰显民族特色的价值理念,要使得这些理念得以制度化就必须实施依法治校的方略;依法治校的实质内涵与灵魂是奉行法的统治,坚持一种制度化、规范化与程序化的大学治理方式;依法治校与现代大学制度之间存在着必然的逻辑贯通.
