| 摘 要： | 和谐的劳动关系是和谐社会的重要内容。在我国的现实经济社会生活中,私营企业劳动关系的冲突与失衡日益严重。这一社会矛盾无疑对我国构建社会主义和谐社会是一个巨大挑战。促进劳动关系的协调与规范是离不开政府的作用的,但在协调劳动关系、化解劳资冲突方面,我国政府还存在一些问题。因此,我们需要对政府的职能做出调整与改进,增强政府的执政能力,使政府在构建和谐的新型劳动关系方面发挥积极的作用,促进整个社会的和谐发展。
