| 摘 要： | 大学文化是大学的灵魂,大学文化具有四个层次,即大学精神、大学制度、大学行为和大学物质。大学精神是大学文化的核心,统领着大学文化的其它几个方面。国外著名高校在大学文化建设方面积累了十分丰富的经验,学习领会这些经验对我国高校文化建设具有借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | a university culture is the university spirit.University culture can be divided into four levels:university spirit,system,behavior and material.The university spirit is the core of university culture,which leads the other aspects of the university culture.Many oversea famous universities accumulate plenty of experience in the cultural construction.To understand the experience and learn from it will be benefit to the cultural construction in the universities in China. |
