| 摘 要： | 本文认为版权侵权保护中应确立的无过错责任原则。通过对德、法、日和英、美国家著作权法条文的认识，Trips协议规则的认知，结合我国版权保护法律进行分析。探讨我国版权保护适用无过错责任的合理性需要并提出相关具体的建议。

| Abstract: | This article holds that the principles of no-fault liability in copyright infringement protection should be established. By studying copyright laws in Germany, France, Britain and the United States, and Trips agreement rules, the author discusses the requirement of applicable no-fault liability in China＇s copyright protection laws and proposes some specific suggestions on the basis of the analysis of China＇s copyright protection law. |
