| 摘 要： | 近年来，政府管制有了一定的发展，但是，随着政府管制的失灵，各种弊端及矛盾显现出来。因此，必须寻求政府管制中的法律救济，逐渐完善政府管制制度。本文通过对政府管制的深入分析，结合实际，找出出现问题的原因并提出改革措施。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the development of the government control has developed in a certain degree,but,with the failure of government regulation,all kinds of defects and contradictions appear.Therefore,we must seek government regulation in the legal relief.gradually improve the system of government control.Based on in-depth analysis of government regulation,the paper tries to find out the causes of problems and reform measures in combination with reality. |
