浅议我国对外反倾销的现状及策略

入世后，我国对外反倾销案件急剧增多，其原因既是国外产品抢占中国市场，在国内市场低价倾销造成的，也是与我们国内企业、政府重视利用反倾销手段维护国内产业的安全分不开的。针对日益增多的国外产品在我们国内市场低价倾销的实际，提出我国对外反倾销的策略：一是企业要树立反倾销意识，加强对WTO反倾销协议的学习和研究；二是充分发挥行业协会在反倾销中的重要作用；三是政府要加强反倾销工作的力度；四是要协调好反倾销有关部门的关系。

On the Current Situation and the Tactics of Anti-dumping Struggle of Our Country

After entering WTO, the cases of opposing foreign dumping have increased rapidly, which not only result from foreign products seizing Chinese market and being sold at low price in our market, but also concern our government and domestic ventures making use of the anti-dumping way to guard the domestic industries. According to the fact that more and more foreign products have been dumped in our home market, the tactics of opposing foreign dumping are put forward: firstly, the enterprises should have the ideas of opposing dumping and study the Anti-dumping Agreements of WTO; secondly, the function of trade association should be made full use in opposing dumping; thirdly, the government should strengthen the power of work in opposing dumping; fourthly, the relationship among the departments concerning the anti-dumping should be coordinated.
