| 摘 要： | 暂缓起诉制度具有节约司法资源,有利于实现刑罚目的的作用。本文通过分析了暂缓起诉制度的定义、特征和其所体现的价值,进而论证了在我国建立暂缓起诉制度的必要性。在将来,暂缓起诉制度必将在刑事诉讼法中得以确立。
