高校管理队伍的现状、存在的问题及对策

长期以来,由于高校领导层对管理队伍建设重视不够,缺乏得力的措施,导致管理队伍中存在较多问题。高校要顺利开展二次创业,必须建设一支特别能战斗的管理队伍。高校领导应转变观念,提高对管理队伍重要性的认识,加大管理队伍建设的力度,强化管理队伍的岗位培训,提高综合管理水平,同时注意政策导向,为管理队伍的工作营造良好的环境,建立健全合理考评和激励机制等。
