| 摘 要： | 近几年来,公安队伍建设和公安工作在正规化建设方面取得了极大进步,公安民警的法治理念和执法水平都较以前有了显著提高,为更好的适应新时期应对社会稳定所面对的诸多问题奠定了良好的基础。在面对成绩的同时,更好的检讨自身存在的不足和问题,对于更好的构建完善的警队建设,有效应对社会环境变化所带来的新问题,有着十分重要的理论和实践意义。
