华恒高硫煤硫分分布规律研究

摘    要:通过对汶南华恒高硫煤各粒级和密度级硫分进行测定分析,探讨了其硫分随粒度和密度的变化规律,利用Design-Expert软件,确定出试验煤样中黄铁矿硫分随粒度和密度变化规律的数学模型.利用该模型可以较准确地预测华恒高硫煤中不同密度级和粒度级的黄铁矿硫分,为确定高硫煤中黄铁矿解离粒度提供了新途径.

Abstract:In this paper, the sulfur distribution regularities in different particle size fractions and density classes of Huaheng high sulfur coal were studied by determining and analysing every kind of sulfur content. Then by using Design Expert software, the mathematical model of pyritic sulfur distribution regularities was set up. The study shows that this mathematical model can be used to figure out relatively accurate prediction results and provide a new method to determine the comminution size for liberating the pyritic in the high sulfur coal.
