| 摘 要： | 针对实际细胞图像中存在的细胞之间粘连或重叠现象，为消除因细胞粘连或重叠造成的细胞图像分析困难，利用数学形态学中开运算和流域分割的方法，根据细胞的形态特征进行分割处理，将粘连的细胞群分离为单个的细胞，便于对细胞的分析和识别。给出了细胞分离方法的设计思想及实现，实验结果表明此方法是可行的。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the conglutinate or overlap phenomenon existed among the cells in the actual cell image and in order to eliminate the difficulty of cell image analysis resulted from the cell's conglutination or overlap, we make use of the method of opening operation and valley segmentation in mathematical morphology according to the cell's shape feature, then divided the cell cluster into single cell, which will be convenient for the cell's analysis and recognition.In this paper we provide the design idea and implementation of method, the result of experiment proves the method is feasible. |
