废塑料配煤炼焦焦炭质量分析

摘    要:利用焦炭反应性装置对2kg焦炉实验所得的废塑料配煤炼焦焦炭进行热强度分析,其结果表明:废塑料的比例从1%~5%,各配煤样品所得的焦炭的反应性和反应后强度均呈现下降趋势。与炼焦配煤单独炼焦相比,废塑料代替3%以内的瘦煤炼焦,所得焦炭的反应性和反应后强度指标均有所改善,但是废塑料代替其它煤种炼焦所得焦炭的热性能指标均有所降低。

Abstract:The thermal-strength indexes of coke blending coal with waste plastics are analyzed by the normal analysis method;the results indicate that the ratio of waste plastics in coal is at a range of 1%-5% and the coke reaction index(CRI) and coke strength after reaction(CSR) of the coke obtained from all blending coal samples decrease.Compared with the coke obtained from different blending coal respectively,with waste plastics being substituted for less than 3% of lean coal,all the CRI and CSR of coke are improved,but with waste plastics being substituted for other kinds of coal,all the thermal function indexes of coke are decreased.
