| 摘 要： | 建立了企业预决策风险、招聘培训风险、配置风险、使用风险、代理风险和流失风险等人力资本投资管理风险的六大类三十项评估指标及其有机构成的评估体系;给出了企业自身评估风险辐射图法的表述;运用了模糊综合评估法对两个企业人力资本投资管理风险进行了对比分析评估;给出了分级计分预警法对企业人力资本投资管理风险的预警体系。

| Abstract: | This paper establishes the risk evaluation indices of human capital investment management and its organically structured evaluation system with 6 major categories including pre-decision risk,recruitment and training risk,allocation risk,utilization risk,agency risk and talent loss risk for human resources in enterprises,and 36 indices,gives out the presentation of the radiant chart method in enterprise self-risk-evaluation.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to contrast and analyze the risk of human capital investment management in two enterprises and the forewarning system for the risk of human capital investment management in enterprises with the forewarning method by rated score counting is given. |
