| Abstract: | Based on the correlation analysis of grey theory,this paper presents a method,called the evaluation;method of system effectiveness.The method makes a feature of convertion qualitative economic and social indices into quantitative ones so as to provide a simpleand feasible method for selection the system scheme with multiple evaluation indices andquantitative analysis. |
