| Abstract: | Labour guota is the basis for carrying out the distribution according to work in coal enterprises. This paper makes theoretically and practically research on the application of labour quota in internal contracts of coal enterprises. For the first time, the paper presents a ralation model of labour quota to contracts of production, unit price and wage. |
