BCS理论实质的量子力学分析

摘    要:本文在BCS理论基础和实验基础上,从量子力学的角度分析了BCS理论的实质问题:(1)金属在进入超导态后结成库柏对;(2)电子之间有一种吸引力(电子—声子相互作用)使它们处于配对的束缚态。最后简要地评价了BCS理论。

Abstract:From the angle of quantum mechanics, and on the basis of the theory and experiment of BCS, this paper analyses the essence of BCS theory: (1) Two electrons form a Cooper pair after the metal turned into superconducting state; (2) There is an attraction force between two electrons which makes them in a bound state. Finally, a brief appraisal of BCS theory is given.
