| Abstract: | The necessity of realizing the combination of material incentive and non-material incentive for entrepreneur is discussed and the conditions of dynamic optimum combination with which the entrepreneur can gain maximum incentive effect with the minimum incentive costs are analyzed by means of fuzzy optimal theory. |
