| Abstract: | Baeed on the concept of similar-and-different anti-connection grade in the Set Pair Analysis this paper presents the concepts of similar-and-different anti-connection grade matrix and its difference matrix,and then the mothod for evalnation and optimal selection of decision plan is given. |
