摘    要:本文主要研究了利用高能粒子束作为热源对煤矿用27SiMn钢进行表面淬火,使材料耐磨性比常规表面淬火有极大的提高。本文也论述了用等离子束设备代替激光设备进行材料表面淬火的可能性。

Abstract:This paper studied a method to use energetic particle beam as heat source forsurface quenching of 27SiMn steel used in coalmines.Its wear resistance is greatly increased comparing with that of normal surface quenching. This paper has also studied the possibility of using plasma equipment instead of leaser equipment in the field of surface quenching of materials.
