摘    要:通过扫描电子显微镜研究了定向凝固DZ951合金在不同热处理条件下γ’相的演化过程。结果表明,合金经1240℃固溶处理并在随后炉冷过程中,一个大的立方形γ'相能够分解成八个小的立方形γ'相。弹性能的降低是γ'分解的驱和。DZ951合金在1000℃长期时效2000h后,γ'相尺寸达到1.5μm也不发生分解,而是粗化形筏,形筏的驱动力为弹性能和界面能的降低。

Abstract:The evolution of γ'phase for a directionally solidified DZ951 alloy at different heat treatment conditions is investigated by scanning electronic microscopy in this paper. The results indicate that a large cuboidal γ' phase can split into eight small cuboidal particles with furnace cooling after solution treatment at 1 240 ℃. The driving force for the γ' splitting is the drop of elastic energy. The alloy is not splitting after the aged treatment at 1 000 ℃for 2 000 h when the critical size of γ' phase reaches about 1.5 μm while it is coarsened to form the rafts. The driving force of γ' rafting is the drop of elastic energy and interface energy.
