摘    要:制浆系统是整个充填系统的核心。为使超高水材料充填开采技术适应于工业化应用,以陶一矿超高水材料充填开采试验为背景,结合该材料特性,对制浆系统进行了较为深入的研究。确定了制浆系统的形式和生产能力;对半连续制浆系统各组成部分进行了详细设计,并评价了其应用效果。研究表明:超高水材料浆液制备宜选用半连续制浆系统,该系统运行稳定可靠、制浆能力大、浆液配比准确、操作简便(完全由PLC自动控制),能够满足超高水材料充填开采的制浆要求;该系统占用体积较大,运行环节较多,布置在井下时硐室通风条件较差,生产时易产生较大粉尘和噪声,应进行进一步改进;系统更适宜布置在地面上,若布置在井下,应加强硐室的通风管理。
