煤水泵电动机转子绕组烧毁原因分析

摘    要:拖动煤水泵的三相绕线式异步电动机在满载运行时,由于电源电压低于额定电压,转子电流增长比定子快;其它较大容量的异步电动机起动时电网电压短时下降,导致正在运行的异步电动机的电流短时增加。两者都使电机绕组的温度升高。由于转子的发热时间常数小,温升快。当绕组温度超过绝缘的容许温度时,绝缘迅速老化失效,引起电机转子绕组烧毁。

Abstract:This paper mainly discusses the reason why the rotor winding is burned in an induction motor of Coal-Water Pump. When the induction motor is in fuee load operation the increase of current in rotor is fester than that in stator since the main voltage is lower than the rated voltage; and the voltage drops in short time period because of the starting of other induction motor with large capacity, which leads to an increase of the current iumotor in operation. Both above leads to the increase of temperature in themotor winding. Because the heating time constana of the rotor is smaller, the increase of temperature in the rotor winding is faster than that in stator winding. Whenthe temperature of winding exceeds the safe limit of the isolator, the rotor Winding is burned out
