| Abstract: | Based on the least potential principle,and the advantages of the analytical method and the finite element method, a finite strip method is developed for analyzing cylinder and conical funnel structures. This method is suitable for the analysis of equal-area, variable-area cross-section, or composite wall, under symmetrical loads about axis line. |
