摘    要:摘要]以自主研制的金厦号电动观光导览车车架为研究对象,计算与分析了车架结构静态刚度、强度及静强度测试.对有限元分析结果提出改进截面设计参数的方案,对比改进设计前后的仿真结果,保证车架刚度强度等要求,为车架性能的进一步改善以及NVH方面研究提供参考依据.

Abstract:Abstract: Taking as the object of the research the frame of Jinxia, an XMUT-made electric navigation vehicle, its strength, stiffness and static test is computed and analyzed. The improved schemes in the design parameters are suggested with the result from finite element analysis (FEA), through the comparison for the sirnlation results before and after the improving design to ensure the frame strength and stiffness meet requirements. It helps further improvement in the frame performance and MVH research.
