摘    要:针对高层建筑桩筏基础的差异沉降控制问题,最新修订的《建筑桩基技术规范》JGJ 94—2008提出了变刚度调平设计新理念.群桩基础变桩长、变桩距是变刚度调平设计手段之一.在7组变刚度物理模拟试验及ANSYS有限元分析3组数值模拟试验的基础上,用MATLAB对数据进行回归分析,得到变刚度群桩基础沉降的计算公式,推导出物理模型试验的相似准则方程,对某高层变刚度布桩基础进行了沉降预测分析.实测沉降结果表明:变刚度沉降计算方法比《建筑桩基技术规范》更接近实际,可为变刚度调平设计工程提供有益借鉴.

Abstract:According to the differential settlement of pile raft foundation for high-rise building control, a new idea of variable rigidity design for balance settlement has been put forward in the latest revision of Technical Code for Building Pile Foundations JGJ94--2008. Varying pile length, diameter and spacing is one method of optimized design of pile foundation stiffness to reduce differential settlement. On the basis of 7 group of variable stiffness simulation test and finite element analysis with ANSYS 3 groups of numerical simulation test, using MATLAB for data regression analysis, we get varying rigidity pile foundation settlement calculation formula. Deduced from the physical model test similarity criterion equation, we forecast settlement of variable stiffness of high-rise pile foundation. Settlement observation results show that, the results is closer than the established standard to reality. The conclusion can provide useful reference for variable rigidity design.
