| Abstract: | There are ocean style,speech style and opera style in the poems of Walt Whitman,an outstanding democratic poet in the United State,and Cui Qiqiao,an outstanding democratic poet in China.This paper intends to conduct a comparative study of the styles in their poems as well as the shaping of the styles respectively through the way of inheritance and innovation in their own poem-writing. |
