| 摘 要： | 闽台物流资源的互补性促进物流资源的整合。产业集群、并购、合资及联盟是物流资源整合的常见模式，各种模式存在不同利弊之处，有着不同的适用性。闽台物流相关企业在整合物流资源实践中应充分考虑企业自身所处行业特点、企业规模等影响因素，选择其中一种或多种模式，发挥各种模式的比较优势，达到物流资源整合“1＋1〉2”的效果。

| Abstract: | Complementarity has pushed the realization of integrated resources between Fujian and Taiwan.The major patterns of logistics resource integration include industry cluster,M&A,joint ventures and alliance.They have both positive and negative sides and different applicabilities.We should select them with care and need according to characteristics of industry and enterprise scale so as to bring out the best of the integration effect of 1+1>2. |
