| 摘 要： | 借助SCOR模型的思想,从供应链的角度分析物流企业集团的业务,构建了与物流企业业务相适应并适合其发展的供应链绩效评价指标体系,并运用AHP法和模糊综合评价法对大型物流企业集团进行供应链绩效的综合评价,以便从供应链的总体角度全面、客观地评价物流企业的绩效。

| Abstract: | Based on SCOR model in an analysis of the logistics businesses in terms of supply chain,this paper designs a supply chain performance evaluation index system contributing to logistics business development,and makes a comprehensive supply chain performance evaluation of logistics businesses by Analytic Hierarchy Process（AHP）and fuzzy synthetic evaluation.It is hoped that fair and accurate performance evaluation of logistics businesses in terms of supply chain can thus be approached. |
