继电器电磁机构结构参数对磁吸力的影响

摘    要:在对继电器电磁机构磁吸力理论分析基础上,采用ANSYS软件建立电磁机构有限元模型,仿真分析继电器电磁机构衔铁面积、线圈匝数及气隙厚度结构参数变化对电磁机构磁吸力的影响。仿真结果表明:衔铁面积大小变化与磁吸力呈线性关系变化;安匝数、气隙厚度与磁吸力呈非线性关系变化。理论值和仿真值的相对误差为020%~714%,验证了仿真结果的正确性。

Abstract:Based on the theoretical analysis of the magnetic attraction of the electromagnetic mechanism of the relay,ANSYS software is used to establish the finite element model of the electromagnetic mechanism,and the influence of the structural parameter changes of the armature area,the number of coil turns and the thickness of the air gap of the electromagnetic mechanism of the relay on the magnetic attraction of the electromagnetic mechanism is simulated and analyzed.The simulation results show that the size of the armature changes linearly with the magnetic attractionthe number of ampere turns,the thickness of the air gap and the magnetic attraction change nonlinearly.The relative error between the theoretical value and the simulation value is 0.20% 7.14%,which verifies the correctness of the simulation results.
